LAUREN BROMBERG
FOUNDER
I have come full circle back to Connecticut. I grew up in the 'Valley' in Seymour, but attending Bentley University led me to Boston, and personal goals brought me to New York. A lifetime opportunity to live abroad landed my husband and me in London, UK for seven years and family brought us back to the burbs in Westport, CT, where we have settled for the long haul.
After working in New York City for corporate organizations in direct-to-consumer products, corporate events and financial services industries, and internationally in higher education marketing, I have dedicated my career over the past fourteen plus years to building community, developing talent, and digital marketing and communication programs for nonprofits in London, UK and locally in Westport.

I am passionate about my community and am thrilled to see the successful impact that local companies, small businesses, nonprofits and independent artists and makers have on our surrounding neighborhoods.

I have integrated my corporate skill set into leadership roles in the nonprofit arena - currently an advisor as Past President of the Westport Young Woman's League, a former Junior League of London member and transferred to the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County. I have built many connections with our town municipalities, local business owners, community partners, grant recipients, residents and local parents, all who can be engaged as potential members, donors or clientele to our local businesses.
My niche is 'rolling up my sleeves' to assess your business needs and develop the most impactful strategy and goals to set up your business for success for years to come.

I have a successful track record of membership engagement, implementing fundraisers, event and program development, assessing financials/budgets and organization structures, strategic planning, team collaboration and both volunteer and staff retention.
